Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had rooms that were a little small, but normal for Europe. The furniture was run-down, but it was perfect for the price. The stark walls gave a clean feel to the room. The service was exceptional, with staff dissolving all our problems and being very friendly and accommodating. The location was beautiful and relaxing, right on the square yet not noisy. The dining experience, while having delicious food, could benefit from better coffee and croissants. The facilities were great.
If you're looking for a stunning 5-star experience right on one of the nicest piazzas in Trieste, this hotel is amazing. The beautiful, albeit expensive, rooms are a joy to stay in, but be prepared for the nearby loud bar that plays music all night. The service, especially thanks to Tommi the waiter, made our short stay wonderful, but some insincerity in apologies left a bit of a sour taste. The location is perfect for exploring the city at your own pace, allowing for leisurely walks, yet finding the hotel might be a challenge if you're not familiar with the area. Dining is adequate, with a focus on cakes, but you might want to venture to the cafe across the square for more interesting options.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were modern and well-appointed with a great view, but they were extremely warm, and the tiny size was a drawback. The service was pleasant and helpful, but the internet access was a letdown. The location was ideal for sightseeing but made working online difficult. The dining options were nice, though they could have been more imaginative. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were elegant and the bed exceptionally comfortable, the location next to a noisy bar and busy road was a drawback. The service provided by the Reception staff was helpful, but there was a lack of awareness from them about important messages. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with an unforgettable meal prepared with love contrasting with poor quality in some dishes. The overall experience was positive, thanks to the great location for exploring the nearby attractions.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern and clean with a lovely view of the waterfront and town square, though the front desk service was a bit unpredictable. The hotel is efficiently designed and very comfortable overall.
